Spiritual Destination
Mt Shasta has long been sacred to the Native Americans of the area. Today, Shasta is sacred to spiritual seekers who regard the great mountain as a source of mystical power, a cosmic power point, an entry point into the fifth dimension, a portal to know great Ascended Masters, the dwelling place of the Lemurians and much more. In recent years the Wintu tribe has begun to conduct sweat lodge ceremonies and invoke the mountain's spirit with ritual dances.
Mt Shasta has become known worldwide as a Spiritual Destination and the need for spiritual retreat centers will continue to increase.

This property is located just outside the city of Mt Shasta, in the county at the base of Mt Shasta. The views of the mountain from the property are stunning and the trees on the property are pristine.
It is zoned agricultural and could be used as a vacation rental, which means a lodge could be built with 6-10 bedrooms and bathrooms, a dining hall, commercial kitchen, several meeting rooms and a book store/gift shop.

This property is ideal for an intimate spiritual retreat center where people can go deep into experiences. There is enough land for walks in nature and there is a possibility to build a pond. Other areas exist for sacred ceremonies and there is already an organic garden.
